Mijn goede vriend uit Thailand, Robert Reld, heeft een fabriek in Thailand (Bangkok, een bijstad genaamd Nonthaburi waar we zelf ook gewoond hebben) Het bedrijf heeft ongeveer 400 mensen in dienst en gaat steeds sneller richting CNC bewerkingen. Zijn huidige CNC productie manager wil na 7 jaren wat anders en hij dus een prachtige vacature. Je mag mij altijd vragen voor meer informatie of rechtstreeks naar Robert. Hij is Oostenrijker. Zij werken o.a. veel met Swarovski kristallen, zijn vrouw is ook een listed designer van Swarovski.

Position: Production Manager (CNC)

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and Experience in all functions of production, especially Swiss type CNC lathes and milling machines.
Preferable have experience in precision CNC machining of medical grade materials.
Need to have in depth understanding of programming, tool selection, tool speeds and fixturing for CNC operation.
Good English proficiency level in written and communication skill, knowledge in Thai language is an advantage.
Good computer literacy in AutoCAD or similar.
Job Requirements:
Work experience in mass manufacturing environment, tool and die making, and CNC operations.
Experience in supervising level for CNC manufacturing, preferable Manager experience.
Ability to effectively lead and motivate machinists and CNC operators.
Responsibilities:
Manage, direct and control all production activities through supervisors and operators.
Responsible for production scheduling. (Capacity and production planning)
Make sure the stock of equipment necessary for production is kept in level.
Assist in new product development, product improvement, process improvement and tooling development/improvement.
Ensure finished products comply with the quality specification.
Plan delivery time according to requirement.
Maintain existing and look for new manufacturing technologies.
Promote cost effectiveness and overall productivity and efficiency of production lines.
Hands on approach and team work to share the best practices among subordinates.

Verantwortlich für die CNC Programmierung, Werkzeug Beschaffung und Produktionsplanung der CNC Abteilung
Planung der Fertigungs Termine einzelner Aufträge und aktiver Informationsaustausch mit beteiligten Bereichen
Kapazitäts- & Kosten Verantwortung der CNC Abteilung
Unterstützen von Produktentwicklung, Product Verbesserungen & Prozessverbesserung
Sicherstellung dass alle notwendigen Fertigungs Komponenten und -hilfsmittel ausreichende Lagerverfügbarkeit haben
Instandhaltung bestehender Technologien und Verbesserung durch neue Technologien
Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards der Produkte
Profil:
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Programmierung, Nutzung und Wartung von CNC Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen
Führungserfahrung in der Metallbearbeitung
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als CNC Dreher/Fräser bzw. Zerspanungsmechaniker
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zerspanungstechnik (idealerweise Bearbeitung von Edelstahl und Titan)
Gute Englischkenntnisse
Gute Computerkenntnisse von AutoCAD Software oder ähnlicher CAD Software
